We are unable to accept or process returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

Please understand that these items are put together by hand, by a bedside nurse working full time at a hospital. It is estimated to take one month between order and delivery. No rush production services are available, but expedited shipping is an option.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This may manifest as a refund without order fulfillment in some cases. Refusal of service is at the sole discretion of the website owner.
